Cooper Michael French decided to retire from the government in 2005, to pursue his life long dream of being an artist. He moved back to his home town in Meridian, MS, where he has been painting with acrylics, oils, pastels, and pencil. In the short time Cooper has been pursing his career as an artist; he now has his artwork displayed in The Cartmell Gallery, located in Meridian, MS and now in the Nelson Fine Art Center. He is planning to display his work in more galleries as he builds his inventory. Cooper can create a scene that is personal to you; portraits, sketches, landscapes, homesteads, areas of interest, or escape to a serene place in your mind. He can paint or draw these in the following mediums: pencil drawings, charcoal, watercolor, oil or pastels. He can paint or draw from location or photos. Cooper hopes you enjoy viewing and experiencing his paintings through his eyes. Click here.
